Pallet Racking & Storage Solutions | Appleton, WI
Racking and automated storage that add capacity in Appleton warehouses and plants.
When an Appleton operation runs out of room, the answer usually isn't more building - it's smarter storage. Associated designs and installs pallet racking and automated storage systems that help Outagamie County warehouses, converters, and manufacturers fit more product into the space they already have, while keeping it safe, organized, and fast to pick. From a few bays of selective rack to a full AS/RS, we engineer the system around your product, throughput, and building.
Storage Systems We Design and Install
- Selective pallet racking - the versatile, cost-effective standard
- Drive-in and drive-through rack for high-density storage
- Push-back and pallet-flow rack for dense, FIFO/LIFO throughput
- Cantilever rack for long or bulky loads
- Automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), Radioshuttle, and VLMs
- Mezzanines, pick modules, shelving, and bin storage
Engineered for Your Product and Your Building
The right racking depends on what you store, how fast it moves, and how your trucks work the aisles - get it wrong and you lose capacity, speed, or both. Associated's specialists design layouts that balance pallet positions against selectivity and throughput, factor in your forklifts' aisle and reach requirements, and handle permitting, installation, and safety from start to finish. As a single source for racking, forklifts, and dock equipment, we make sure the whole system works together.
Local Expertise
Appleton's paper, converting, and packaging plants move large volumes that reward high-density storage - drive-in, push-back, and pallet-flow rack that pack pallets deep while keeping rotation under control. For the new Class A distribution centers and 3PLs in Southpoint Commerce Park along the I-41 corridor, we design selective and pick-module layouts that speed order picking. Either way, we match the racking to the reach trucks running your aisles.
