    An update on our policy regarding electronic signatures

    To our Valued Customers,

    Our team stands ready to support your needs as we face this unprecedented situation together.  Through this, our main objective is to keep you and our employees safe.  In partnership with the Raymond Corporation we are following CDC and local Government Health Agency guidelines with respect to employee best practices to avoid the spread of illness within our workplaces.

     

    To that end, Associated and Stoffel Equipment Company will be temporarily suspending electronic signatures typically required for our services.  This includes signatures for equipment repairs, parts pickup, and equipment deliveries / pickups.  Our employees will take care to note who we are communicating with while providing service, but our goal is to limit the need for direct contact.

    Thank you for your understanding as we all try to navigate this changing situation.
