Cantilever Rack

Cantilever racks offer optimal storage for very large or long products (pipe, plywood, lumber, metal products, etc). Cantilever racking is made up of of arms fixed to a beam on a single end. These structural arms can be configured to accommodate different products and lengths, and the aisle side provides free access to lift trucks.

Carton Flow

Flow racks are gravity-driven skate-wheel rack equipment perfect for organizations with a large catalog of SKUs. This variety of racking uses slanted shelving with a loading lane on the uphill side access and a retrieval aisle on the downhill side, allowing a first-in/first-out product inventory rotation. Slanted shelves also increase visibility, allowing greater fulfillment precision. Carton flow equipment is well suited for piece or split case picking.

Drive In Rack

Drive-in racking is a high density industrial racking design with overhead cross beams that drives efficiencies in productivity and space. Pallets are upheld by tracks affixed to the uprights. Forklifts are allowed to easily drive in and out of each column of pallets. Many different types of businesses employ drive-in racking, particularly those with large volumes of identical items.

Examples of uses for drive-in pallet racking are food service, grocery, food manufacturing, import/export, bulk product handling, and paint.

Because drive-in pallet racks are filled from the front, management of stock is in a “first-in/last-out” order.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow racks are structures with canted shelves, faced with skate-wheels or roller conveyors. Pallets are filled from an aisle in the back of the racking structure and they advance down the slope as previously loaded pallets are retrieved from the face.

This category of storage rack is a “first in / first out” approach and is ideal for a large stock of heavy inventory and dissimilar sizes of pallets. They are often utilized in the beverage industry.

Push Back Rack

Push back storage equipment is filled from a front aisle, and pallets travel up inclined steel tracks on specialized carts. As new pallets are filled from the front, they drive the pallets in the rear of them up the incline.

Unlike flow racks, push back rack systems do not necessitate a loading aisle behind them and can be designed for a higher density warehouse. However, since all products are loaded from the front, merchandise treatment is handled on a “last in/first out” principle which is not suitable for industries with perishable products. Similar to pallet flow racks, push back racks are suitable for high volumes of the same products.

Selective Rack

Selective racks are by far the most common racking systems available today, and they come in a wide range of gauges, sizes and styles. All selective racks are constructed with either roll-formed or structural steel uprights and beams that are fastened with teardrop connectors or bolts. We offer both single and double deep selective pallet racks.
