Cantilever Rack

Cantilever racks provide ideal storage for oversized or longer products (pipe, plywood, lumber, metal products, etc). Cantilever racking is made up of of arms fastened to a beam at one end. These structural arms can be set up to hold specific products and lengths, and the aisle side provides free access to lift trucks.

Carton Flow

Carton flow rack is made up of inclined shelving with a roller system, enabling improved product throughput and increased lane elasticity. Cases are loaded from the up slope access and make their way down from the elevated part of the shelves toward the front as cases are removed. This type of equipment is quite often used by food and beverage operations to consolidate slow moving SKUs.

Drive In Rack

Drive-in racking is a high density industrial racking design with overhead cross beams that drives efficiencies in productivity and space. Pallets are upheld by rails anchored to the uprights. Forklifts are able to freely move in and out of each pallet bay column. Many industries use drive-in racking, especially those with large stocks of the same items.

Examples of applications for drive-in pallet racking are grocery, food service, import/export, food manufacturing, chemicals and bulk product handling.

Because these types of racks are filled from the face, management of inventory is in a “first-in/last-out” order.

Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet flow equipment is a high density option that enlists a deep lane storage rack configuration and a FIFO pallet handling convention. Pallet flow rack designs are often put into use for applications with a large stock of pallets of uniform SKUs.

Pallets are deposited from a channel in the back and unloaded from a lane on the face. As pallets from the front are removed, the pallets in the rear move down a slope along wheels or roller belts. This type of equipment is oftentimes utilized in the beverage industry, or other enterprises that deal in heavy merchandise with FIFO constraints.

Push Back Rack

Push back rack options are high capacity configurations that make efficient use of warehouse space, supporting up to 3,000 pounds in two to six foot deep bays. All pallets are filled and depleted from the front of the racks, permitting extremely dense storage within your warehouse.

This is a “last in/first out” category of system. As new pallets are added to the front, the goods in back of them travel up a slope on top of carts on steel rails. The reverse occurs as goods are retrieved.

Selective Rack

Selective racking is the most extensively utilized type of storage today. These racks are made up of load beams fastened to uprights via bolts or teardrop connectors. Selective rack is made of either roll formed or structural steel, with the former typically being not as costly and more adaptable.

Standard selective rack options are usually designed as “single deep”, which means they have one length of bays per row. Double deep racking options have rows the same height, but two times as wide, meaning they can store two pallets per bay. Double deep setups are filled from the face, meaning they are a “first in/last out” implementation.

You can also choose different styles of pallet rack accessories and decking based on your load capacity and application. Choose from conventional wire decking, solid steel or slotted steel based on your specific application.

Boltless Shelving

In addition to pallet racking, we offer a full selection of boltless shelving in heavy, medium and light duty options. This variety of shelving is ideal for shop or light industrial use, shipping facilities, record archives, parts and dozens of other uses that require less capacity.

Customers can order decks as traditional particle board, solid metal or wire decking. No bolts, nuts, screws or additional small parts are needed for setting up this product, so installation is an easy project. Add accessories such as side panels, work tables, post caps, tie plates or footplates.
